You will provide skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. The role requires an active PA RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and the ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license required.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing practice standards and physician plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to clinical team.
