East Troy Manor is seeking a clinically competent registered nurse to provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting on-site in Wisconsin. The RN will plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care and coordinate with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

The role requires active licensure, CPR certification, strong communication, and the ability to meet physical requirements. Flexible scheduling and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure by reciprocity.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements.
• Must be English literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Assess residents and report changes promptly.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
