Job summary

The Greens at Spruce Pine is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Spruce Pine, NC. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with day and night shifts and flexible scheduling.

As an RN you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, document care, and mentor CNAs while promoting resident comfort, safety, and quality of life. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders.
• Performing resident assessments, wound care, and clinical documentation.
• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting CNAs.
• Promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve the best outcomes for residents
