Job summary

The Greens at Spruce Pine is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Spruce Pine, NC. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs and a combination of full-time and part-time positions with Day, Evening, and Night shifts (8-hour).

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification and active listing on the NC Nurse Aide I Registry.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor vital signs and accurately document resident care information.
• Assist residents during meals while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.
• Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Provide compassionate emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to residents.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized, resident-centered care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning in accordance with resident care plans and safety procedures.
• Follow infection control practices, safety guidelines, and facility policies.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.
