Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. (RN) is seeking an in-home Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care with compassion and professionalism.

You will follow a prescribed plan of care, Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and document findings to support optimal recovery in home settings. The role emphasizes 1:1 patient interactions, collaboration with the care team, and a strong commitment to dignity and comfort for clients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
• Reliable transportation to care sites/work locations.
• Practical trach/ventilator experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care per the plan of care and nursing scope of practice.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes (vitals, blood/stool/urine, glucose, etc.).
• Administer medications, insulin, and IV/fluids with thorough documentation.
• Inspect and care for wounds; change dressings and assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess patient for additional injuries or infections and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure outcomes.

• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
