Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking registered nurses to join our team on a PRN and Full Time basis. Open shifts include 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am in a busy skilled nursing unit, with a focus on compassionate care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to pass a Colorado CAPS background check.
• SNF/LTC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
