Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop an individualized care plan.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care in a SNF setting.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivery of nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and infection control policies.
