Nova Health and Rehab in Weber City, VA is seeking compassionate nursing assistants to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility. You will support residents' physical needs, comfort, and emotional well-being per care plans while following health and infection control policies.

We offer flexible pay options, generous PTO, 401K, education opportunities, and leadership development. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available with wages of $17–$21 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• Current registry or qualifications to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing per state law.
• High school diploma or GED or actively enrolled in high school; GED guidance provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort.
• Perform direct care to residents per care plans and supervisor directions.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain standard practices.
• Adhere to Nursing Policies and Procedures set by the community administration.
