Nova Health and Rehab in Weber City, VA is seeking a compassionate RN to join our skilled nursing team. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise CNAs in accordance with federal and state standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
