Job summary

Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, seeks an experienced RN for a part-time role. Shifts include 7:00am to 7:30pm every other weekend, with per diem for all shifts.

Compensation ranges from $37 to $46 per hour, all-inclusive, plus daily pay options. Responsibilities include delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring residents, and ensuring care plans are followed, with a focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Maryland RN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
