Job summary

Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN for a part-time role in Maryland. The position requires delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring care plans are followed with accuracy and compassion.

The RN works 7:00am–7:30pm every other weekend, with per diem available for all shifts. Compensation ranges from $37–$46 per hour, all inclusive, and daily pay is offered. Join a patient-centered team dedicated to dignity and excellence.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Valid BLS certification (CPR).
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
