Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program.
• RN license in applicable state with BLS competency.
• Excellent communication skills; teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient education across the care continuum.
• Provide direct patient care and support transitions of care; lead quality improvement efforts.
• Mentor colleagues and participate in committees or projects as needed.
• May be required to drive personal vehicle as part of the role.
