Job summary

Sanford Med Ctr Fargo is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient care using the nursing process, assess patients, and collaborate with physicians and the inter-professional team to plan and evaluate care. Responsibilities include care coordination, patient education, triage, and adherence to nursing standards across the care continuum.

The position requires an accredited nursing program graduate, an active RN license in the practice state, and ongoing competencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• RN license current in state where practice occurs; multistate licensure allowed if applicable.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with the care team.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care; coordinate patient education and triage.
• Prioritize care within the Nurse Practice Act and standards for the patient population.

Education

AACN/A CE N accreditation

Bachelor's Degree in nursing

RN license current in state

Multistate licensure (NLC) allowed
