Job summary

The Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) across preventative care and treatment. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Bachelor's degree preferred; an unencumbered RN license is required along with department-specific competencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the applicable state; multistate licensure may apply if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, assess patients, triage and educate patients.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and applicable standards and ethics.
