Job summary

Sanford Med Ctr Fargo is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across all phases of care.

The role requires a graduate from an accredited nursing program, a current RN license, and active maintenance of required competencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care across patient populations.
• Coordinate patient assessments, education, and triage.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act and ethical standards.
