Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a bedside RN to deliver compassionate, holistic nursing care in a hospital setting in Illinois. Schedule: 32 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a rotating day off and 8-hour flex shifts between 5:30am and 5pm.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Licensed as an RN in state of practice with CPR/BLS certification within 90 days.

• Knowledge of nursing process and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per policies.
• Documents care per standards of care and state laws.
• Develops and executes individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and participates in quality initiatives.
• Escalates patient safety concerns as needed.
