Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse to utilize the nursing process in delivering patient care and evaluating outcomes. The role includes coordinating patient care across departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality in line with organizational standards.

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an RN license in the practicing state or a compact license; BSN is preferred and Epic experience with BLS/ACLS/PALS may be favored.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the practicing state or compact license.
• Recent bedside RN experience: 1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for specialty areas.
• BSN preferred; EPIC experience and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications may be preferred.

Incentives

• $40/hour + shift incentives
• W-2 employment
• Minimum of 12 hours worked every 90 days
• Flexible shifts: 4, 8, or 12 hours
• Work across multiple community departments including Behavioral Health, ED, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current RN license in the practicing state or compact license
• Recent bedside RN experience: 1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for specialty areas
• Epic experience and certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS may be preferred
• Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform duties requiring reaching, bending, and kneeling
