Job summary

ERP International, LLC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Family Practice Clinic of the 366th Medical Group at Mountain Home AFB, ID. The role entails coordinating patient care with a broad health team, performing exams and health histories, and delivering comprehensive nursing services in a military healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing from ACEN/CCNE-accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted RN license in any state.
• BLS certification; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in orientation and training of newly assigned personnel.
• Uses Microsoft Office 365 programs and MS Outlook; manages standard office tasks.
• Serves on committees and supports decision-making and process improvement for health services.
• Maintains a safe work environment and patient safety per regulations and infection control policies.
• Coordinates patient care with a wide range of healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Performs physical exams and health histories.
• Provides health promotions, counseling, and education to patients.
• Administers medications, wound care, and related interventions.
• Directs and supervises care provided by other healthcare professionals.
• Makes patient care assignments based on scope of practice and staff skill.
• Recognizes adverse signs and responds quickly in emergencies.
• Communicates with the care team to inform plans/actions and educate patients and families.
• Schedule referrals and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
• Performs nursing services identified in the TO.
• Conducts research to support improved practice and patient outcomes.
