Job summary

ERP International is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full-Time position in support of the Uniformed and Family Clinic (UFC) at MacDill AFB, FL. The role involves coordinating patient care with a wide range of healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in nursing with an active RN license and current BLS certification, plus at least 1 year of RN experience. Excellent benefits and CME/licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Active, unrestricted RN license from any state.
• Current ARC or AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
• Must meet ACEN/CCNE education standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with a wide range of healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and policies.
• Perform physical exams and health histories.
• Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.
• Administer medications and wound care as needed.
• Supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals.
• Make patient care assignments based on scope of practice.
• Recognize adverse signs and respond in emergencies.
• Communicate with healthcare team and patient/family.
• Schedule referrals and arrange specialty care.
• Conduct nursing services identified in the TO.
