Jefferson Health Northeast in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our patient- and family-centered care team. You will use the nursing process to address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs while aligning care with patient preferences and cultural values.

The role floats between Bucks, Frankford, and Torresdale campuses, with full-time day shifts (36 hours weekly).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Demonstrated knowledge of patient- and family-centered care.
• Knowledge of effective communication concepts and tools.
• Understanding of discharge planning and patient education.

Responsabilités

• Interacts with patients, families, and staff in a respectful, professional manner.
• Applies evidence-based practice and clinical expertise to patient care.
• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education.
• Follows established nursing practices to minimize risk and ensure safety.
• Utilizes information systems to document care and communicate effectively.
• Contributes to quality improvement through data-driven care changes.
• Collaborates within nursing and inter-professional teams to ensure coordinated care.
