Hourly Wage Estimate: $39.00 - $57.00 / hour

The Registered Nurse Float Pool (RN) position supports the mission of Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center to optimize the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical care.

What you will do in this role

• The Acute Care RN is responsible for the delivery of nursing care to the general medical/surgical populations utilizing the nursing process.
• Special populations include vascular, wound care, GI, ophthalmology, and bariatric surgeries.
• Oversees and directs the care of LPNs and assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.
• When the need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Current ACLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• BSN desirable.
• Two or more years of acute RN experience required.
• No travel required; this position is a facility float.
