Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing interventions to patients per care plan.
• Schedules tests, procedures, and physician instructions follow-up.
• Educates patients and documents responses in medical records.
• Obtains consent for research or treatment as required.
• Triages patient inquiries per protocols and documents actions.
• Supervises licensed practical nurses and other staff as needed.
• Proficient in electronic medical records documentation.
• Supports policy and procedural changes related to nursing.

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
