Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse: KY licensure upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and analyze patient conditions to determine intervention needs.
• Implement and modify care plans using data and standards of care, including education and discharge planning.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure ethical, patient-centered care.
• Continuously evaluate progress toward desired outcomes.
