• Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems using critical decisioning to determine need for standard, urgent or emergent interventions.
• Implements and/or modifies plan of care with education, discharge planning, and care coordination.
• Delivers care with respect for patient autonomy, dignity and rights.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policies and procedures.
• Evaluates progress toward desired patient outcomes.
