Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing from an accredited school.
• BSN enrollment required within 2 years of hire; completion within 5 years.
• Active Registered Nurse license in Kentucky at hire.
• CPR/BLS certification at hire; ACLS within 90 days; PALS within 6 months.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• PALS required within 6 months; TNCC within 12 months.
• Preferred: Neonatal Resuscitation Program at hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor progress.
• Develop and implement care plans with evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for patient care and discharge planning.
• Administer medications and therapies per policy; ensure safety and accuracy.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
