Shippenville Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Evening Supervisor (RN) to lead the evening shift, ensuring high-quality resident care and smooth operations. The role involves direct patient care, supervising a nursing team, coordinating with interdisciplinary staff, and maintaining compliant records.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license in Pennsylvania, at least 2 years of RN experience in long-term care or rehab, and strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in long-term care or rehab.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, medications, and treatments per policies.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and provide feedback/coaching.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and report patient status and changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate records and implement treatment plans complying with regulations.
• Collaborate with Night Shift Manager to set evening goals and workflows.
