Job summary

BayCare Health System in Florida seeks an experienced Emergency Room RN for seasonal staffing assignments (13-26 weeks). You will provide high-quality, compassionate care to ER patients and collaborate with the care team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include RN license, nursing degree, 2 years ER experience, BLS, ACLS/PALS; travel may be required as per location needs; shifts typically 10:45 AM–11:15 PM with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

RN License required.
Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing.
2 years' RN experience in an hospital ER.
BLS certification by ARC or AHA.
ACLS and PALS certifications by ARC or AHA.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced ER.
Collaborate with ER team to stabilize and treat patients.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
