Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Night Shift, full-time ER Charge Registered Nurse to oversee shift management and ensure quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

The role requires supervising clinical staff, mentoring nurses, and coordinating with the Nurse Manager to meet unit needs while ensuring adherence to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and high standards of care.

Formación

• Active Kansas RN license required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS certification for unit.
• 2-year nursing degree; 4-year degree preferred.

Qualifications
