Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced ER setting in Oklahoma.

The role involves 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (7:30 PM–8:00 AM or 3:30 PM–4:00 AM) with a contract opportunity that may be extended. Candidates must hold an active Oklahoma RN license (or Compact) and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room RN experience.
• Active Oklahoma RN license or Compact State RN license.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Ability to meet pre-employment requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions, identify urgent and emergent situations, and prioritize care accordingly
• Initiate emergency interventions when a physician is not immediately available
• Operate and monitor emergency equipment, including cardiac monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and pulse oximeters
• Administer medications, IV therapy, respiratory support, and mechanical ventilation as ordered
• Accurately document patient care, assessments, interventions, and coordination with the care team
• Assign and delegate tasks to team members based on patient needs and staff competencies

Schedule

12-hour shifts

Option 1: 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Option 2: 3:30 PM – 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
