Job summary

TALENT Software Services in New Ulm, MN is seeking an ER RN for 3x12 hour night shifts (1900–0730) Friday–Sunday to join a 11-bed critical access facility with level 4 trauma capabilities.

Candidates with 1 year ER experience, pediatric exposure, IV start, triage, and current ACLS/TNCC/PALS certifications are welcome; first-timers accepted, no on‑call, and occasional floating may occur.

Qualifications

• 1 year of ER nursing experience required.
• First-timers accepted.
• Weekend work every weekend.
• On-call not required.
• Floating within scope as needed.
• RTO restrictions ideally no more than 5 days.
• Pediatric, IV start, and Triage required; Conscious Sedation and Telemetry preferred.

• Patient Ratios: 1:3 for days and nights, 1:4 weekends
