Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking qualified nursing staff for Saint Paul, MN, serving a teaching hospital with Level 3 trauma and acute care. Nurses will work on weekends, with 3:1 patient ratios and a commitment to high‑quality trauma and emergency care.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience and hold BCLS, ACLS, NIH and TNCC certifications. Pending licenses are accepted. On-site roles require local availability beyond a 100‑mile radius, with RTO limits of up to 5 days.

We cater to a variety of patients with medical, mental health, and chemical dependency needs, specializing in neuro, cardiac, and mental health care.
