AdventHealth Tampa is seeking a Registered Nurse to support endoscopy procedures and patient care. The role requires a valid RN license and at least 1 year of acute care experience, with 2+ years in endoscopy preferred. CNIM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.

• CNIM preferred.

Job Description:

• Assists physicians and advanced providers during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Recognizes and responds appropriately to changes in patient health status.
• Collaborates and communicates effectively with the patient and interprofessional team to ensure quality and continuity of care.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to function at a high level in a physically demanding, high-stress environment
• Demonstrated ability to work under stressful conditions
• Ability to work irregular hours including call hours
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft® Word and the ability to navigate Microsoft Windows based programs
• Displays working knowledge of endoscopic techniques

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 1+ years acute care nursing experience [Required]

• CNIM (Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring) Upon Hire Preferred
