As a recognized clinical, educational, or nursing leadership expert, the RN-E demonstrates sound assessment and critical reasoning skills and consistently models high standards of nursing practice and professional accountability. The RN-E confers accumulated knowledge and expertise to less experienced colleagues by creating a psychologically-safe environment conducive to ongoing professional learning. This is a per diem position with an expectation of 16 hours per quarter. An RN-E may be assigned to clinical, educational, or nursing leadership tracks.Job Description:Essential Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:1.
