Qualifications

The RN-E confers accumulated knowledge and expertise to less experienced colleagues by creating a psychologically-safe environment conducive to ongoing professional learning. This is a per diem position with an expectation of 16 hours per quarter. Assisting or supporting preceptor functions2. Mentoring nurses in new roles3. Contribute to unique, hospital/system-wide projects at the direction of senior nursing leadership4. Supports Nurse Managers with special projects in quality, patient satisfaction or other unit-based priorities5. Provides just in time and/or unit-level education and coaching6. Proficient with technology commensurate with role, i.e., EPIC; Word; PowerPoint; Excel.Experience: Minimum 10 years nursing experience; one year at LHMC strongly preferred.**Pay Range:**$85.00 - $85.00The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
