Job summary

CentraCare Health's Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar, MN, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Trauma Center. The role involves identifying and implementing nursing interventions, evaluating outcomes, and potential leadership responsibilities in a 12-bed ED.

Schedule includes 64 hours every two weeks with a mix of 8 and 12-hour shifts, rotating days, evenings, nights, every third weekend, and rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota.
• Working knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, public, and other providers.
• Knowledge of growth and development; understanding cognitive, physical, emotional, and maturation processes.

Department Emergency Trauma Center Location Willmar, MN, 56201 64 hours every two weeks 232216 Wage: $43.24-$62.90

Rice Memorial hospital has an incredible opportunity for a skilled acute care nurse to join their 12-bed Emergency Trauma Center!

In this position you would help identify and implement nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluate the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.

Schedule

• 64 hours per two weeks
• Mix of 8 and 12-hour shifts. Rotating shifts - Days, Evenings & Nights
• Includes every third weekend (12-hour shifts) and rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hour
  • Bachelors in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour
  • Masters in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour
• Full pay range: $43.24 - $65.47 per hour
• $3,500 Hiring bonus!
• $5,000 Relocation bonus (if applicable)!

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCareemployees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away fromWillmar, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 milesany time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
