Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage individualized patient care and coordinate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. You will support patients and families while supervising assigned team members and reporting to the Nurse Manager and Chief Nursing Officer.

The position offers a commencement bonus, with 50% paid at hire and 50% after six months of continuous employment, and an hourly pay range dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.

Job description

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is$42.29/hr - $52.87/hr - $57.10/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Qualifications:Education, Required Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Licenses/Certifications BLS & ACLS required, PALS (preferred) Work Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Proficient oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills Current clinical experience preferred.
