Job summary

El Paso Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (PRN) to provide high-quality patient care on a per-diem basis at our El Paso, TX campus. The RN will execute the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to meet patient needs and safety standards.

The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adherence to clinical nursing practice standards, and a commitment to our vision and mission.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in TX or compact state.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.

Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
