Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department Night shift at Highland Park Hospital. This full-time role is 36 hours per week, with 7pm–7am shifts and rotating weekends/holidays, offering a competitive hourly range.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care across patient populations, apply nursing processes to plans of care, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise unlicensed staff while focusing on safety and high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: BSN degree preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
