Endeavor Health's Highland Park Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department Night shift. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, with night hours 7pm–7am and rotating weekends/holidays, located in Highland Park, IL.

You will provide nursing care, use the nursing process, maintain regulatory compliance, assume accountability for outcomes, supervise unlicensed staff, and contribute to patient safety and high-quality experiences.

Formación

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: BSN degree preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
