Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department night shift at Highland Park Hospital. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week on a night schedule with rotating weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate holds IL nursing licensure, a BSN is preferred, and BLS/CPR certification is required. At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience is preferred to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range:$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
