MercyHealth's Emergency Department is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for patient-centered care in a 24/7, 26-bed ED with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. You will evaluate and coordinate patient care across departments, safeguard patient rights, and uphold quality standards.

Ideal candidates have active RN (or compact) licensure, ACLS/BLS (or within 30 days) and can reside within 45 minutes of the facility. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is offered for experienced nurses.

Qualifications

• Current RN (or compact) license.
• Able to lift/push/pull 50 lbs.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (or within 30 days) and unit-specific credentials.
• Residency within 45 minutes of the facility.
