Novant Health's East Cooper Medical Center in Mount Pleasant, SC, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room. This full-time role (36 hours) offers a demanding, rewarding environment where patient care and safety come first, with a 10a–10p schedule and opportunities to work across units as needed.
Ideal candidates hold RN licensure in the state, current BLS/ACLS/PALS, and have IV therapy training, plus 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Work Schedule: 10a-10p
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
Licensure/Certification
Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
IV therapy training and/or competency within one year
Annual participation in Skills Fair and completion of competency checklists
Maintains any required department-specific certifications
Must have current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
TNCC certification required within one year of hire
Advanced certification in specialty and/or participation in professional nursing organizations encouraged
