Allen County Regional Hospital in Kansas is seeking a dedicated RN to join our Emergency Department. This full-time night shift (12-hour shifts) offers a close-knit team and meaningful community impact.

The RN will utilize the nursing process, coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team, and support new staff as a clinical resource while demonstrating leadership within the unit.

Qualifications

Must be a registered nurse with current license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Less than 1 year of experience in ED preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care independently using the nursing process with the MDT.
Serve as a clinical resource for new employees and participate in unit leadership.
