Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System seeks an experienced RN to join the Emergency Department at Allen County Regional Hospital. This full-time night shift (12-hour) position offers relocation assistance and a supportive team dedicated to patient care.

Ideal candidates have less than 1 year of applicable experience, BLS certification, and an RN with an Associate Degree. You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and serve as a resource for new staff.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year applicable experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• RN with an Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately.
• Identifies hospital resources.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates leadership within unit or department.
