Job summary

Anderson County Hospital is seeking an RN to join the Emergency Department team. This full-time night position offers 12-hour shifts and a chance to work with a close-knit group delivering community-focused care.

Prior ED RN experience is preferred and relocation assistance is offered. You will apply the nursing process, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, delegate tasks, and act as a clinical resource for new staff while showing leadership within the unit.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS).
• Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately.
• Identifies hospital resources.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
