The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking Emergency Department RNs to provide professional nursing care to patients across a Level I Trauma Center serving Vermont and Northern New York. You will work within a 45-bed ED as part of a multidisciplinary team including physicians, fellows/residents, RNs, MHTs, and ED techs.

On-call is not required. Full-time positions offer a $20K RN sign-on bonus (pro-rated for part-time) and comprehensive benefits.

Unit Description: Emergency Department RNs provide professional nursing care to patients in varying state of health and illness by assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care. We are a 45 bed, Level I Trauma Center that offers the highest quality of care to our patients across all of Vermont and Northern New York. This position is part of a multidisciplinary team comprised of Physicians, Fellows/Residents, RNs, MHTs and ED Techs. RNs are trained to cover the Charge RN role and to precept.

On-call: Not required

Incentives: $20K RN Sign-on Bonus for Full-time (pro-rated for part-time role and subject to tax withholdings)
