Job summary

University of Vermont Health Network's UVMMC Emergency Department is seeking a night-shift Registered Nurse to provide professional, high-quality care in a Level I Trauma Center. You will assess, treat, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team in a 45-bed ED.

Requires at least 1 year of ED nursing experience; on-call is not required. A $10K sign-on bonus is available for full-time roles, pro-rated for part-time, with standard tax withholdings.

Qualifications

• RN with emergency department experience
• Must have at least 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians, fellows/residents, MHTs and ED techs to ensure high-quality care
