Job summary

Hamilton Health Care System, Inc. seeks a Registered Staff Nurse – Level I for the Emergency Care Department in Georgia.

Under the Clinical Manager, you will apply the nursing process to patients across the lifespan, including acute and chronic health changes, while pursuing advancement toward Level II. Requirements include an Associate degree in Nursing, Georgia RN or eNLC license, BLS CPR, with ACLS/PALS and other credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program or will obtain prior to working as an RN.
• Current Georgia RN or a multi-state license meeting eNLC criteria.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR required.
• ACLS, PALS, Basic Arrhythmia, Moderate/Deep Sedation and TNCC preferred.
• One year of experience in an acute health care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process in the care of infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients experiencing both acute and chronic changes in health status.
• Demonstrates professional growth and development by assuming Clinical Manager responsibilities as requested and/or in preparation for advancement of Level II.
