Job summary

Union General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room on a full-time basis in Georgia. The RN will deliver comprehensive patient care, coordinate shift operations, and guide licensed and unlicensed staff under the supervision of the Nurse Manager.

Valid GA RN license or compact license required; BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications are required or obtained within 90 days; TNCC/ENPC are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of nursing experience required, ER experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required or within 90 days of hire.
• TNCC and ENPC preferred.
• Current RN license in GA or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care ensuring safety and well-being.
• Assist in coordinating a shift on the nursing unit under supervision.
• Provide guidance and direction to LPNs, CNAs, and non-licensed personnel.
• Contribute to orienting new staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
