Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in NJ or multi-state license per NJ requirements.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• ATCN or TNCC required within 12 months of hire; 8 hours trauma CNE annually if ICU/ED.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required by orientation; 8 hours stroke CNE annually for qualifying units.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality care to patients through nursing process.
• Ensures patient safety by following policies.
• Provides pain management and comfort measures for patients and families.
• Plans discharge and provides patient education.
• Collaborates with care team to optimize outcomes and readiness for regulatory inspections.
